Summary
Apply QA/QC, estimate property costs, and develop training programs in this federal specialist role.
This role demands expertise in quality assurance, cost estimation, and training program development within a federal context.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply quality assurance/quality control concepts, principles, and practices through analyses, studies, or surveys.
- Estimate costs for repairing or replacing damaged residential and commercial structures, including business content and personal property.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including material creation, course guidelines, and instruction.
- Utilize multiple Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) for information management and communication.
- *Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating the ability to perform the above responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable computer programs.
