Quality Assurance Specialist (Program & Project Manager)

We are seeking a Construction Quality Management Specialist to oversee complex construction projects. This role requires ensuring strict compliance with established policies, contract specifications, and industry standards, while also managing associated costs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee complex construction quality management initiatives and costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to construction projects.
• Review and evaluate contractor procedures, processes, work instructions, and test plans.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level (federal or private sector).
• Specialized experience must include overseeing complex construction quality management, cost oversight, compliance assurance, technical problem-solving, and quality control inspections.
