Summary
Manage complex construction quality, ensure compliance with standards, resolve technical issues, and conduct quality control inspections.
We are seeking a Construction Quality Management Specialist to oversee complex construction projects. This role requires ensuring strict compliance with established policies, contract specifications, and industry standards, while also managing associated costs.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee complex construction quality management initiatives and costs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contract specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to construction projects.
- Review and evaluate contractor procedures, processes, work instructions, and test plans.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level (federal or private sector).
- Specialized experience must include overseeing complex construction quality management, cost oversight, compliance assurance, technical problem-solving, and quality control inspections.
