Summary
Lead strategic workforce management for a federal agency, applying analytics to optimize staffing and operations.
This role requires a highly experienced professional to provide critical analytical and strategic support for workforce management operations within a federal agency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and resolve complex operational problems, conflicting priorities, and program deficiencies.
- Provide expert analytical insights into workforce management, evaluating staffing levels, and advising senior management on resource allocation.
- Apply advanced data and business analytics to develop effective recruitment strategies and actionable recommendations.
- Efficiently adjust work operations to meet evolving priorities and production requirements within available resources.
- Develop procedures, techniques, and furnish policy guidance to subordinates.
- *Qualifications & Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, performing duties similar to those listed under "Key Responsibilities." Your resume must explicitly detail this experience.
- **Federal Employees:** Must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at GS-14 or equivalent) by August 15, 2025.
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation is mandatory for this federal law enforcement agency position.
- **U.S. Residency:** Required to have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. (Exceptions may apply for U.S. government-related work or study abroad.)
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
- **Note:** Qualifying paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience is credited.
