Summary
Manage critical federal programs, including IT, assets, and facilities, requiring executive communication and collaborative leadership.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a skilled professional to manage essential programs. This role involves strategic oversight and execution of critical organizational functions.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and execute program activities related to asset management, Information Technology (IT), facilities management, emergency management, and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment, technology, and investments to ensure timely replacements and prevent critical failures.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise executive-level correspondence and communications to senior leaders.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisory and management-level peers to achieve program objectives.
- *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, performing duties similar to those described above.
- **Background Investigation:** Ability to pass a thorough background investigation required for federal law enforcement agencies.
- **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years.
- **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship is required.
