Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Systems professional to lead HRIS projects, analyze data, and advise leadership on technology solutions.
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Systems professional (GS-15) to lead and innovate within our organization. Candidates must possess at least one full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 level, demonstrating proficiency in:
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing Human Resources (HR) data and systems.
- Identifying HR process inefficiencies and implementing effective system solutions.
- Overseeing and managing full-cycle HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) projects.
- Advising senior leadership on HR technology solutions and their policy implications.
