## Senior Recruitment Program Manager (GS-15)

  • *Overview:**
Lead, develop, and manage enterprise-level recruitment programs for a large, multi-occupational federal law enforcement agency. This role involves driving national recruiting outcomes, policy development, and strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and oversee national enterprise recruitment programs for a diverse workforce.
  • Set division goals, long-range strategic plans, and establish performance measures.
  • Supervise subordinate managers to ensure successful national recruiting outcomes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures based on hiring trends and best practices.
  • Conduct program evaluations, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Manage division budgets and resources, providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with all DHS/CBP requirements.
  • *Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, directly performing duties such as leading enterprise recruitment programs, setting strategic goals, supervising staff, developing policies, conducting evaluations, and managing budgets.
  • **Federal Employees:** Must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent by 12/03/2025).
  • **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is required, as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is a federal law enforcement agency.
  • **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. (Exceptions may apply for specific government or study abroad circumstances).
  • **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
