Summary
Lead and manage strategic federal acquisition programs, overseeing budgets, policies, and cross-functional coordination for significant agency impact.
We are seeking a highly experienced Federal Acquisition Program Manager (GS-15) to lead and manage major acquisition programs for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee significant federal acquisition programs or portfolios.
- Establish and control program baselines for costs, schedules, and performance.
- Prepare, justify, and execute multi-year program budgets.
- Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and defend program strategies to senior leadership.
- Create and interpret program policies, plans, and performance metrics.
- Resolve complex planning and resource allocation issues.
- Advise senior officials on program matters with department or agency-wide impact.
- Coordinate efforts across organizational lines to drive program delivery and mission improvements.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, performing duties similar to those described above.
