Lead program evaluation and project management as a GS-13, requiring specialized experience in federal program administration.

Program Analyst (GS-13)

Join a federal agency in a critical program analysis role. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead evaluations, manage complex projects, and develop strategic administrative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate program accomplishments, understanding objectives, goals, and key milestones.
  • Plan and organize work for complex projects and initiatives.
  • Negotiate with management to accept and implement recommendations, including those involving substantial resources or procedural changes.
  • Formulate and direct written and oral strategies for a variety of administrative processes.
  • Lead all phases of projects, from planning and cost estimation to coordination with staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above.
  • Residency: Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions for U.S. government service abroad may apply).
  • Background Investigation: Ability to pass a thorough background investigation for a federal law enforcement agency (U.S. Customs and Border Protection).
  • Probationary Period: New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
