Program Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage program staff, evaluating performance and ensuring adherence to policies.

• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-13 level) demonstrating:

• *Federal Hiring Requirements:**
• Meet all qualification and Time in Grade requirements by 09/09/2025.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Residency requirement: Generally, applicants must have resided in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years (exceptions may apply).
