Summary
Seeking a GS-14 professional to ensure program compliance, streamline employee issue resolution, and manage projects for USBP.
## Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) programs against new regulations, legislation, and policies to ensure continuous compliance.
- Streamline and enhance systems for efficiently addressing employee-related issues.
- Identify and resolve obstacles impeding the proper and timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocations for various initiatives.
- **Experience:** Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above.
- **Federal Applicants:** Must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the GS-13 level or equivalent) by November 12, 2025.
- **Background Investigation:** Ability to pass a thorough background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years.
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
- All qualifications are subject to verification.
- Credit is given for all qualifying experience, including volunteer work.
