Program Manager

This senior-level role seeks a highly experienced professional to lead and manage critical program initiatives. You will be instrumental in overseeing all phases of program development and execution within a federal law enforcement agency environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of program activities.
• Drive project management, team building, facilitation, and process improvement efforts.
• Implement quantitative and qualitative methods for data analysis and reporting.
• Identify and resolve complex issues where no established policies exist, proposing innovative solutions.
• Serve as a project leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned program segments and projects.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior federal position (GS-13 or similar level).
• Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the core responsibilities listed above.
• Relevant paid and qualifying volunteer experience will be considered.
