Job Description
Summary
Lead strategic programs, manage complex projects, and drive operational improvements at a senior level for a federal agency.
This senior-level position requires an experienced professional to lead and optimize critical organizational functions within a federal agency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and evaluate organizational activities.
- Lead large, complex, and high-visibility projects that may span multiple departments.
- Develop strategic plans and directives, offering expert advice on program issues to senior leadership.
- Define critical quality factors and implement processing improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to a GS-13 or higher federal grade level) demonstrating the ability to perform the core responsibilities.
- Experience must explicitly detail your involvement in the duties listed above.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
- *Additional Requirements:**
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation, including inquiries into criminal history and drug use, is mandatory.
- **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Exceptions may apply for those serving the U.S. government abroad.
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
