Summary
Strategic program manager sought to analyze organizational progress, develop policy, and manage federal programs (GS-14).
This role requires a seasoned professional to manage and evaluate federal programs, ensuring strategic objectives are met and policies are effectively implemented.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Analyze organizational progress and ensure realistic objectives and milestones are achieved.
- Develop, revise, and implement critical decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of department programs, planning long- and short-range strategies.
- Formulate mid-level transition policies to move programs from pilot to full operational status.
- *Key Requirements:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above. Your resume must clearly detail this experience.
- **Federal Eligibility:**
