Seeking an experienced professional to analyze manpower programs, provide policy guidance, and manage military end strength for defense agencies.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to contribute to critical manpower program analyses and provide strategic policy guidance within the defense sector. This role involves managing military end strength requirements and joint assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilitating comprehensive manpower program analyses.
  • Provide essential policy guidance to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and various Defense Agencies.
  • Manage Active Duty and Reserve military end strength requirements and joint assignments.

Qualifications:

To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess:

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (or private sector).
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate manpower program analyses and deliver policy guidance to OSD and Defense Agencies.
  • Experience pertaining to the management of Active Duty and Reserve military end strength requirements and joint assignments.
