Program Analyst (International Specialist)

We are seeking a specialist to manage and coordinate international security cooperation initiatives. This role involves extensive engagement with foreign and domestic officials, overseeing complex weapons transfer programs.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate and present positions on security cooperation initiatives to foreign officials, U.S. government entities, and private industry.
• Manage and prioritize multiple issues and tasks related to security assistance programs.
• Oversee the development, implementation, execution, and closure of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 grade level in federal service or similar private/public sector experience.
• Expert knowledge of laws and policies pertaining to sales, leases, grants, and weapons transfer initiatives under the Security Cooperation program.
• Familiarity with relevant U.S. government agencies and commands, including DOS, OSW, Navy, Marine Corps, and Combatant Commands.
• Proficiency with Security Assistance and Cooperation tools and resources (e.g., DSAMS, SCIP).
• Experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work demonstrating relevant competencies.
