Program Analyst

Join our team to contribute to national security policy within the Department of the Navy. This role focuses on the development, execution, and communication of critical defense policies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate the development and implementation of policies and plans aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) strategic guidance.
• Provide expert advice and counsel on planning, programming, and policy, specifically regarding Nuclear and Arctic strategies.
• Draft official policy memoranda and correspondence on National Security policies impacting the Department of the Navy.
• *Qualifications:**
• **GS-14 Level:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or comparable private/public sector experience.
• **GS-13 Level:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or comparable private/public sector experience.
• **All Levels Require Demonstrated Experience In:**

* Coordinating the development and execution of policies related to DoD strategic guidance. * Providing advice on Nuclear and Arctic planning, programming, and policy. * Writing policy memoranda and communications on National Security topics affecting the Department of the Navy.
