Lead HR IT system enhancements, from requirements to change management, applying Agile principles and business analysis for federal HR.
Join our team as an HR IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst, responsible for driving the improvement and implementation of human resources software solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing HR operational performance and user adoption through strategic system development and change management.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and refinement of functional requirements for HR software, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs utilizing Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analyses to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions for operational improvement.
- Develop and deliver robust change management strategies, including communication and training programs, to ensure successful system adoption.
- Create compelling business cases for proposed HR system enhancements, incorporating detailed cost-benefit and return on investment analyses.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:**
- **Education (for GS-11 in lieu of experience):** A Ph.D., equivalent doctoral degree, three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education, or an LL.M. degree demonstrating relevant skills. Combinations of education and experience are also accepted.
