Summary

Lead product strategy, development, and process optimization through data analysis and effective stakeholder communication.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive product strategy and optimize business processes. This role requires developing a clear product vision, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation through data-driven insights.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategic roadmaps, serving as a primary point of contact for product updates and executive briefings.
  • Lead workshops to evaluate, redesign, and implement business process improvements, monitoring adoption for measurable results.
  • Gather and define functional/non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs using techniques like MoSCoW and the Kano Model, refining items based on business value and urgency.
  • Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product/process performance and adjust strategies.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of one year of specialized experience performing duties similar to those described above.
