## Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Seller Marketing
Join the Amazon Seller Marketing team to drive growth and enhance the experience for independent sellers. We seek a data-driven Product Marketing Manager passionate about customer results and continuous improvement. This role offers direct ownership and significant cross-functional collaboration.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to improve seller onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
- Own, monitor, and report on key global marketing metrics, including interest-to-registration conversion and churn.
- Lead and project manage marketing initiatives, ensuring scale and visibility across various platforms and countries.
- Implement, optimize, and analyze A/B tests for ad copy, creative, and landing pages globally.
- Conduct regular reporting, keyword research, and performance analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Creative, and Technology teams to influence cross-channel performance and share best practices.
- Utilize data and insights to drive continuous improvements across the marketing funnel.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive marketing improvements.
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools like Excel or Tableau (macros, charts, pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing external marketing partners.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to gain support for initiatives across organizational levels.
