Job Description
Summary
Lead federal business operations, policy development, and process re-engineering using advanced financial systems.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional for a GS-13 position. This role requires specialized expertise in federal operations, policy development, and advanced business process analysis.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Research, draft, and formulate substantive documents, policies, and reports concerning the application of law or policy in areas such as immigration, custody, or program oversight.
- Manage diverse business operations functions, including procurement, acquisition, contract management, and overall resource management.
- Conduct highly complex analyses of business processes, applying Business Process Re-Engineering and Change Management principles.
- Utilize Business Intelligence Financial systems, including PRISM, FFMS, and SharePoint, for operational insights.
- *Qualifications:**
- One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability in researching and drafting complex policy and legal documents.
- Proven experience managing diverse business operations, encompassing procurement, acquisition, and contract management.
- Advanced understanding and practical application of Business Process Re-Engineering and/or Change Management principles.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence Financial systems (e.g., PRISM, FFMS, SharePoint).
