The AWS Enterprise Support team provides crucial 24x7x365 assistance, architectural guidance, and operational support to large enterprises, public sector organizations, and fast-growing businesses running critical workloads on AWS.

As a **Premium Support Business Development Manager**, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AWS paid support offerings. Your primary goal will be to increase the adoption of these services, maintain target margins, and accelerate overall AWS platform adoption for customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to deeply understand value propositions and pain points for Enterprise Support Services (e.g., Enterprise Support, Enterprise On-Ramp, Migration Services).
  • Analyze drivers of Enterprise Support Services adoption and identify strategic levers for improvement.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments to drive commercial innovation and increase support adoption.
  • Review and analyze Enterprise Support Services pricing and costing, ensuring competitive value and customer savings.
  • Quantify the impact and estimate the ROI of Enterprise Support Services on accelerating overall AWS Platform adoption.
  • Develop and refine sales collateral, reference cases, and value proofs for customers and partners.
  • Drive commercial innovation within Support, including differentiated offerings per customer segment.
  • Collaborate with Field Enablement to create and deliver Support-related training programs and materials for sales teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial/Public Sales, Premium Support, and Enterprise stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present compelling business reviews to senior Sales and Business Development management.
  • Drive end-to-end Enterprise Support Services deals in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Engage partners to develop and pilot new Support offerings via the partner ecosystem.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, including developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving commercial objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing and presenting strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in technical and business settings.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
This position offers a base pay ranging from $133,200/year to $220,200/year, reflecting variations across US geographic markets. Actual pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
