Summary
Manage and oversee Human Resources IT policy, compliance, projects, and communications.
Join our team as a Human Resources IT Policy Specialist, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across HR IT operations. This role focuses on managing policies, projects, and communications related to HR information technology.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage Human Resources IT policy, issuances, reporting, and congressional engagements.
- Monitor and analyze laws, policies, and programs relevant to HR IT operations.
- Develop and update policies to ensure compliance and standardization.
- Lead or supervise projects and studies evaluating HR IT program effectiveness and key initiatives.
- Develop or manage strategic communications messaging and partnerships for HR IT.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR IT-related inquiries.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **GS-13 Level:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12, demonstrating leadership and oversight in HR IT policy, projects, and communications.
- **GS-14 Level:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13, demonstrating strong management and supervisory skills in HR IT policy, projects, and strategic communications.
- Qualifying experience includes paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service.
