## Project Leader & Technical Expert (GS-14)
Join U.S. Customs and Border Protection as a key Project Leader and Subject-Matter Expert. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex technical projects and contribute to national security initiatives.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Leader and Subject-Matter Expert for large, complex, multi-year, and unique technical projects.
- Conduct analytical and evaluative work, including developing schedules, project plans, budgets, and execution documentation.
- Represent the agency at interagency working groups on matters related to advanced technology systems and equipment.
- Evaluate policies and procedures pertaining to assigned projects for efficiency and compliance.
- **Education:** A degree in Physical Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, which includes at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science. An equivalent combination of education and specialized experience is also accepted.
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, demonstrating proficiency in the core responsibilities listed above.
