Mission Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to provide critical support for program operations within a federal agency. This role involves comprehensive administrative, financial, and logistical coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate budgeting, finance, and financial reporting.
• Manage logistics, travel, training, and communications activities.
• Perform administrative and organizational functions, including workforce management support.
• Establish, maintain, and evaluate programmatic priorities, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow practices and processes.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal level, performing duties such as budgeting, logistics, administrative coordination, and program evaluation.
• Demonstrated proficiency with various applications for timekeeping, information management, task processing, and reporting.
• Strong critical thinking skills for developing process improvement strategies.
