Misc Administration And Program Analyst (Mccain Fellows)

This role is for analytical and strategic professionals adept at problem-solving and communication. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to formulate practical solutions for diverse issues.

• *Qualification Requirements:**

Candidates may qualify at different levels based on experience and/or education.

• *GS-12 Equivalent:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11 federal grade level), demonstrating proficiency in research, analysis, strategic development, and advanced communication.
• *GS-11 Equivalent:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-9 federal grade level), demonstrating proficiency in research, analysis, and effective communication.

• A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
• *GS-10 Equivalent:**
• A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education. (Education must be from a U.S. college/university)
