- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to formulate practical solutions for diverse issues.
- Prepare and deliver compelling oral briefings and written reports for senior management.
- *(For GS-12 equivalent roles)* Develop and execute long-term strategies leading to successful outcomes.
- *Qualification Requirements:**
- *GS-12 Equivalent:**
- One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11 federal grade level), demonstrating proficiency in research, analysis, strategic development, and advanced communication.
- *GS-11 Equivalent:**
- One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-9 federal grade level), demonstrating proficiency in research, analysis, and effective communication.
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
- *GS-10 Equivalent:**
- A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education. (Education must be from a U.S. college/university)
- *General Requirements:**
- Experience includes paid and unpaid work (e.g., volunteer service).
- All qualifications must be met by the application deadline.
