Marketing Operations Specialist, AWS Marketing

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Partner with sales, marketing, and technology teams to develop and scale global lead management best practices.
• Advise marketing managers on customer engagement models, integrating digital and human touchpoints.
• Collaborate on and present lead management business reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to marketing and sales leadership.
• Analyze business problems and trends to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Translate customer insights into actionable projects, features, and improved processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for lead management processes.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Experience with marketing and sales lead flow processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
• *Location:** This position is based in Seattle, WA (preferred) or Arlington, VA. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.
