Summary

Lead strategic workforce planning, policy development, and personnel actions, providing analytical insight for senior leaders in a federal agency.

Join our team as a strategic workforce management professional, providing critical support and analytical insight to senior leaders. You will develop long-range hiring plans, advise on policy, and manage personnel actions within a dynamic federal law enforcement environment.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Provide senior leaders with analytical insights into organizational structure and workforce data.
  • Plan and conduct specialized workforce studies.
  • Advise managers and develop internal policies for program areas.
  • Offer technical assistance and direct support for workforce data management systems.
  • Develop comprehensive, long-range hiring plans.
  • Facilitate efficient vacancy filling and personnel action execution.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is required.
  • Meet U.S. residency requirements (physical residency in the U.S. or its protectorates for 3 of the last 5 years, with limited exceptions).
