Management & Program Analyst (Strategic Plans & Initiatives)

We are seeking experienced professionals for Strategic Advisor roles at the GS-13 or GS-14 level, focusing on strategic planning, policy, and stakeholder engagement within federal service.

• *Responsibilities & Requirements:**
• *For GS-13 (equivalent to GS-12 specialized experience):**
• Analyze and advise on strategic plans, operations, and organizational impacts.
• Develop and present information through briefs, presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
• Coordinate, consolidate, track, and monitor organizational tasks.
• *For GS-14 (equivalent to GS-13 specialized experience):**
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership on agency strategic plans, initiatives, and organizational direction.
• Write, develop, and coordinate congressional, policy, or legislative proposals and RFIs.
• Liaise with Military Departments, federal agencies, employer partners, and stakeholders to resolve complex policy or programmatic matters (e.g., military transition assistance, Reserve Component reintegration).
• *Important Note:** All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is credited. Volunteer experience through programs like Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, and other organizations helps build critical competencies and valuable skills that translate directly to paid employment.
