Management & Program Analyst (Program Initiatives Manager)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a senior level (equivalent to GS-13 federal service).

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage, monitor, and track program initiatives based on legislation and federal regulations, utilizing authorized tracking systems.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including federal, state, local government agencies, private sector companies, educational institutions, and entrepreneurial programs to develop and support employment, education, vocational, and small business initiatives.
• Develop and deliver presentations with recommendations to inform and advise senior leadership on strategic plans and organizational direction.
• Draft and coordinate congressional, policy, and legislative proposals or Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Coordinate with Military Departments, other Federal agencies, employers, and subject matter experts to resolve complex policy or programmatic matters related to military transition assistance, Reserve Component reintegration, and employer partnerships.

All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
