Summary
Seeking an Acquisition Analyst to manage program data, conduct financial analysis, and ensure acquisition policy compliance.
This role involves providing high-level analytical support for acquisition programs, applying advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management and program data. You will be instrumental in developing business plans, cost estimates, and managing budgets for acquisition initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as an analyst providing expert guidance on acquisition programs.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management and program data.
- Develop and implement business planning, cost estimating for business cases, and budget planning/execution for acquisition initiatives.
- Assist with the application of acquisition policies and processes.
- Conduct analytical research, assessment, and evaluation of project technical and functional aspects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems for program data analysis and tracking.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Experience in business planning, cost estimating, and budget management for acquisition programs.
- Proficiency in acquisition policy application and analytical research.
- Ability to develop and monitor management information systems for program data and strategic plans.
