Summary

Seeking a professional to manage high-level communications, coordinate programs, and prepare critical reports for federal agency initiatives.

Seeking a highly experienced professional to manage complex administrative and program support tasks within a federal agency, focusing on high-level communication, coordination, and reporting.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Write, edit, and prepare critical organizational communications, including correspondence, memoranda, and official announcements.
  • Direct, organize, and coordinate administrative and professional team efforts to achieve complex planning goals and address unanticipated requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit comprehensive reports, studies, and correspondence related to agency initiatives.
  • *Qualifications & Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal level, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities above.
  • Must meet all qualification requirements for the GS-13 grade level.
  • Current federal employees must meet Time in Grade requirements by 09/26/2025.
  • **Background Check:** Ability to pass a thorough federal background investigation for a law enforcement agency (U.S. Customs and Border Protection), which includes questions regarding felony convictions and illegal drug use.
  • **Residency Requirement:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions may apply for those with U.S. government ties abroad).
  • New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
