Join our federal service team in an analytical and administrative support capacity. We are seeking qualified professionals at various General Schedule (GS) levels, each with specific experience and education requirements. Volunteer experience is credited towards qualifications.

  • *Minimum Qualifications by GS Level:**
  • *GS-07 Level:**
  • **Specialized Experience:** At least one year equivalent to GS-05 level, demonstrating experience such as:
* Assisting higher-graded analysts with background information for studies. * Researching official documents, compiling, and charting statistical data. * Reviewing data submissions for completeness and conformance.
  • **or Education:** One full year of graduate-level education in a field relevant to the position's work.
  • **or Superior Academic Achievement (SAA):** Bachelor's degree with SAA based on:
* Being in the upper third of your graduating class, or * A GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall or final two years), or * Membership in an approved national scholastic honor society.
  • **or Combination:** A calculated combination of qualifying experience and education totaling 100% of the requirements.
  • *GS-09 Level:**
  • **Specialized Experience:** At least one year equivalent to GS-07 level, demonstrating experience such as:
* Assisting in scheduling interviews for prospective employees. * Gathering, summarizing, and analyzing information for reports. * Assisting with planning and scheduling briefings, presentations, and/or conferences. * Identifying and recommending solutions to problems.
  • **or Education:** A Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (e.g., LL.B., J.D.) in a field relevant to the position's work.
  • **or Combination:** A calculated combination of qualifying experience and education totaling 100% of the requirements.
  • *GS-11 Level:**
  • **Specialized Experience:** At least one year equivalent to GS-09 level, demonstrating experience such as:
* Coordinating and monitoring various management projects. * Identifying and recommending solutions to a wide range of administrative problems. * Analyzing management data from various sources to develop trends, patterns, and studies. * Preparing preliminary and finished reports and documents. * Representing the office in dealings with vendors and administrative support organizations.
  • **or Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (e.g., LL.M.) in a field relevant to the position's work.
  • **or Combination:** A calculated combination of qualifying experience and education totaling 100% of the requirements.
