## Management & Program Analyst (GS-12/13 Equivalent)

We are seeking a highly skilled Management & Program Analyst to conduct comprehensive evaluations, analytical studies, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

### Key Responsibilities

• *For GS-12 Level:**
• Conduct independent evaluations of mission support functions.
• Prepare study findings, recommendations, and detailed reports.
• Provide expert advice on administrative and management programs and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison, effectively presenting organizational needs and building harmonious relations.
• *For GS-13 Level (Includes GS-12 duties, with added complexity):**
• Lead and conduct in-depth studies and analyses of substantive management projects and programs.
• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to inform recommendations.
• Analyze functions, work processes, and system production standards to determine validated staffing requirements.
• Initiate and execute analytical studies focused on management improvement, productivity, management controls, and long-range planning.
• Develop guidance on management and methods improvement techniques.

• **For GS-12 Equivalent:** One year of specialized experience (comparable to GS-11) involving independent evaluations, providing administrative/management advice, and performing liaison functions.
• **For GS-13 Equivalent:** One year of specialized experience (comparable to GS-12) in leading substantive management projects, applying advanced analytical techniques, and conducting studies for improvement/planning.

• All qualifying experience, including paid and volunteer work, will be considered.
