Management And Program Analyst

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, organize, and conduct analytical studies or projects addressing complex issues.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate policies, procedures, or programs to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to management on program operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., data analysis, market research) to recommend solutions and improvements.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties as listed above.
• **Background Investigation:** Must pass a thorough background investigation, common for federal law enforcement agencies.
• **Residency:** Generally requires physical residency in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions may apply).
• **Federal Service:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
