Summary
Seeking an experienced analyst (GS-13) to lead complex studies, develop policies, and advise management within a federal law enforcement agency.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, organize, and conduct analytical studies or projects addressing complex issues.
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate policies, procedures, or programs to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management on program operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., data analysis, market research) to recommend solutions and improvements.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties as listed above.
- **Background Investigation:** Must pass a thorough background investigation, common for federal law enforcement agencies.
- **Residency:** Generally requires physical residency in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions may apply).
- **Federal Service:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
