Summary
Serve as a GS-13 Management Analyst, optimizing program operations and space management through analytical studies and expert advice.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a management advisor, leading analytical studies on program operations, management, and productivity.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct long-range space management studies and prepare forecasts.
- Create construction plans, specifications, layouts, and cost estimates for space management projects.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, performing duties as outlined above.
- **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions may apply for U.S. government service).
- **Background Check:** Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation.
- **Probationary Period:** Willingness to complete a one-year probationary period (if new to federal service).
