• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Analyze & Improve Operations:** Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques to assess and enhance internal administrative operations.
• **Conduct Program Evaluations:** Lead in-depth studies, reviews, and assessments of program issues and proposals.
• **Develop Strategic Recommendations:** Formulate and implement strategies to improve program execution and evaluation processes.
• **Policy & Procedure Development:** Identify policy gaps, propose additional guidance, and establish internal operating procedures to resolve functional conflicts.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 equivalent level, performing duties similar to those listed above. Your resume must explicitly detail how you meet this experience, including volunteer work.
• **Federal Service:** Current federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements (52 weeks at the GS-11 equivalent) by 10/06/2025.
• **Background Investigation:** Ability to pass a thorough background investigation by a federal law enforcement agency (CBP), covering criminal history and drug use.
• **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Waivers may be available for specific U.S. government-related overseas activities.
• **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
