Management And Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our federal law enforcement agency. This role involves leading complex projects, developing critical policies, and driving strategic planning initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and execute a variety of authoritative, comprehensive, and sensitive projects and studies.
• Develop organizational policies, issuances, and directives.
• Design and administer planning and controls for data submission, informing budget and program resource decisions.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate strategic planning management, including delivering briefings and presentations to executive management.
• Develop a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex short and long-range organizational goals.
• *Qualifications & Requirements:**
• **Experience:** Possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties as outlined above. Your resume must explicitly detail this experience.
• **Background Investigation:** Ability to pass a thorough federal law enforcement background investigation (CBP values vigilance, service, and integrity).
• **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Certain exceptions apply for U.S. government employees/dependents or study abroad participants.
• **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
• **Time in Grade:** Current federal employees must meet specific Time in Grade requirements by 10/27/2025.
