Summary
Lead federal program analysis, policy evaluation, and administrative oversight, requiring GS-11 equivalent specialized experience.
This challenging federal position involves comprehensive program management, policy analysis, and strategic reporting within a key agency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform in-depth research, analytical duties, and liaison activities related to the office's mission.
- Direct, implement, coordinate, and oversee major segments of administrative programs.
- Plan, conduct, and participate in special studies, individually and as part of a team.
- Provide expert advice to managers, assist field offices, and evaluate policies in assigned program areas.
- Organize and coordinate professional efforts to meet planning needs, delivering written and oral reports with conclusions, alternatives, and recommendations to leadership.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 federal grade level. This experience must include a full range of research, analytical duties, program coordination, policy evaluation, and providing management advice.
- **Skills:** Demonstrated strong interpersonal and administrative skills for organizing, coordinating, and effective communication (written and oral).
