Seeking a resource analyst to interpret policy, analyze data, and influence leadership decisions on allocation plans.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and analyze current and proposed policies, regulations, and technical publications to inform changes in the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP).
- Translate complex technical information to effectively influence leadership decision-making.
- Develop and support data-driven recommendations for resource allocation.
- Interpret and disseminate high-level policies and guidance across the agency with subject matter expertise.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level. This experience must include performing duties such as:
- *Important Considerations:**
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is required.
- **U.S. Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Specific exceptions may apply for U.S. government service or study abroad.
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
- **Time in Grade:** Current federal employees must meet specific time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent).
