Summary

Manage OPR's facilities and space program, advise leadership, and require specialized experience at the GS-13 level.

The Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) is seeking a Facilities and Space Management Specialist at the GS-13 level.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and oversee OPR's Facilities and Space Management program.
  • Provide expert analysis and present authoritative information on facilities matters to senior OPR management.
  • Advise leadership on organizational changes and recommend business process improvements.
  • *Qualifications & Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. This includes facilities program management, presenting analytical information, and advising on organizational improvements.
  • **Grade Level:** This position is at the GS-13 level.
  • **Background Investigation:** Must successfully pass a thorough background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
  • **Residency:** Required to have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years (exceptions for U.S. government service or study abroad may apply).
  • **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
  • **Federal Employees:** Current federal employees must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the GS-12 level).
  • *Note:** Your resume must explicitly detail how you meet the specialized experience requirements.
