## Resource Management Analyst (GS-09/11)

We are seeking a dedicated Resource Management Analyst to contribute to strategic resource allocation, budget programming, and process improvement within our organization. This role involves critical data analysis and support for initiatives vital to operational decision-making.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inputs related to the budget process and organizational issues.
  • Participate in improving resource programming processes, including funding and personnel.
  • Apply management principles to support the development of multi-year Resource Allocation Plans.
  • (GS-11 only) Provide objective data analysis to support directorate resource programming requests and objectives.
### Qualifications:

  • *For GS-09 (Starting Salary: $69,923):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level performing duties such as budget analysis, resource allocation, or program support. **or**
  • **Education:** A Master's or equivalent graduate degree, LL.B., J.D., or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a field relevant to the position. **or**
  • **Combination:** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education.
  • *For GS-11 (Starting Salary: $84,601):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level performing duties such as budget analysis, resource allocation, program support, and objective data analysis. **or**
  • **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M., or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a field relevant to the position. **or**
  • **Combination:** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education.
  • *Important Notes:**
  • **Time-in-Grade:** Current or former federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade) and provide SF-50 documentation.
  • **Experience:** Both paid and volunteer experience, including National Service programs, will be credited.
