Summary
Seeking a Management/Program Analyst to provide administrative, data, and program support for a federal agency.
This federal position seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide critical administrative, data analysis, and program management support. Responsibilities vary based on grade level (GS-12/13), requiring a strong understanding of management information systems and program execution.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical and administrative assistance to headquarters and field personnel.
- Research, compile, and analyze data for leadership decision-making and project completion.
- Accurately document findings and analyze information.
- Track and monitor management information systems to meet mission requirements.
- Manage major segments of department-wide programs (GS-13).
- Develop and maintain electronic files, inventory reports, and spreadsheets (GS-13).
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive written and oral reports with conclusions, alternatives, and recommendations (GS-13).
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-11 for GS-12; GS-12 for GS-13).
- Relevant experience includes duties such as technical/administrative support, data analysis, program management, and reporting.
- All qualifying experience, including paid, unpaid, and volunteer work, will be credited.
- Resume must explicitly detail how requirements are met.
- *Additional Requirements (Federal):**
- Successful completion of a thorough background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- Meet U.S. residency requirement (physical residence in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years, with exceptions for U.S. government service).
- New federal employees must serve a one-year probationary period.
