Summary
Senior Federal Program Manager/Analyst focused on strategic program oversight, organizational planning, and advanced data analysis.
This senior-level role involves strategic program management, planning, and analysis within a federal agency. You will lead critical initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct and oversee major department-wide missions or administrative programs.
- Provide technical and direct support for strategic and organizational planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sophisticated management information systems for long and short-range plans.
- Perform comprehensive quantitative, qualitative, and statistical analysis to define goals and measures.
- Serve as a primary liaison with cross-organizational and external entities.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, performing duties similar to those listed above. This includes paid and unpaid experience, such as volunteer work.
- **Federal Employees:** Must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the GS-13 or equivalent grade).
- **Residency:** Physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Exceptions may apply for government-related overseas work.
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is required, as this is a federal law enforcement agency.
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees must complete a one-year probationary period.
