Management And Program Analyst

Join our team in a key role focused on enhancing operational efficiency and mission support programs within a federal agency. This position involves strategic analysis, system development, and advising executive leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze management processes and mission support programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop and implement management information systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate the impact of legislation and policies on agency programs, recommending necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate and deliver briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management.
• Plan and conduct studies or task force activities to address organizational challenges and improve program operations.
• *Qualifications & Requirements:**
• **Experience:** Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, performing duties as outlined above.
• **Resume:** Your resume must clearly demonstrate how you meet this specialized experience. All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is credited.
• **Time in Grade:** Current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade (GS-12 equivalent) by 11/25/2025.
• **Background Investigation:** Successfully complete a thorough background investigation, including checks for felony convictions and illegal drug use.
• **Residency:** Non-CBP employees must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Exceptions may apply for U.S. government-related work/study abroad.
• **Probationary Period:** New federal government employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
• **CTAP Eligibles:** Must achieve a minimum score of 85 for this position and submit all required supporting documents.
