Summary
Lead program evaluations and analyses, providing strategic insights to senior leadership within a federal law enforcement agency.

- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive program evaluations and analyses.
- Utilize business intelligence and database tools to compile data, generate reports, and present assessments to senior leadership.
- Consult with leadership on program requirements, goals, and strategic direction.
- Evaluate programs and processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) directly performing duties related to program evaluation, data analysis, and leadership consultation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using business intelligence or database software for reporting and analysis.
- Resume must clearly detail how all experience and qualifications are met.
- *Agency Requirements:**
- **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is mandatory for this federal law enforcement agency.
- **Residency:** Generally requires physical residency in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Specific exceptions may apply for U.S. government service abroad.
- **Federal Applicants:** Current federal employees must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the GS-13 level or equivalent).
- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
- Volunteer experience is credited towards meeting qualification requirements.
