Management And Program Analyst

This role seeks a highly skilled professional to lead strategic program development, policy evaluation, and management information systems within a federal agency.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, develop, and coordinate executive-level briefings and presentations.
• Conduct special studies to evaluate existing and develop new program policies and administrative processes.
• Design, implement, and monitor sophisticated management information systems.
• Resolve complex organizational objectives by developing analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power Platform) and proposing program recommendations and improvements.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, performing duties as outlined above.
• **Skills:** Proficiency in developing tools using platforms like Excel and Power Platform is required.
• **Federal Employees:** Must meet all Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent) by 09/03/2025.

• **Background Investigation:** As a federal law enforcement agency (CBP), all applicants must undergo a thorough background investigation covering criminal history and drug use.
