Job Description
Summary
Lead strategic program development, policy evaluation, and management information systems to support federal executive objectives.
This role seeks a highly skilled professional to lead strategic program development, policy evaluation, and management information systems within a federal agency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, develop, and coordinate executive-level briefings and presentations.
- Conduct special studies to evaluate existing and develop new program policies and administrative processes.
- Design, implement, and monitor sophisticated management information systems.
- Resolve complex organizational objectives by developing analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power Platform) and proposing program recommendations and improvements.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, performing duties as outlined above.
- **Skills:** Proficiency in developing tools using platforms like Excel and Power Platform is required.
- **Federal Employees:** Must meet all Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent) by 09/03/2025.

- **Background Investigation:** As a federal law enforcement agency (CBP), all applicants must undergo a thorough background investigation covering criminal history and drug use.

- **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
