This role involves leading strategic planning, program development, and operational effectiveness initiatives within a federal law enforcement agency. The successful candidate will apply strong analytical and administrative skills to complex challenges, providing impactful recommendations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate organizational planning using advanced analytical and administrative techniques.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive written and oral reports with strategic conclusions and recommendations.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of major projects and studies to boost organizational effectiveness.
- Formulate and present well-reasoned proposals, effectively navigating diverse perspectives.
- Innovate and refine procedures for information analysis and presentation.
- Establish short- and long-range program objectives and evaluate their efficacy.
- Support budget and program resource allocation decisions.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal grade level, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities listed above.
- Expertise in analytical, administrative, and project management methodologies.
- Superior written and oral communication skills for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to apply sound judgment in adapting procedures and resolving complex issues.
- *Additional Requirements:**
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years (exceptions available).
- Must meet all federal qualification requirements for a GS-13 position, including Time in Grade if applicable.
