## Senior Policy and Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team, focusing on strategic planning, policy development, and management system implementation within a federal agency environment. This role is critical for providing expert advice and technical support to leadership.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct specialized studies to inform strategic decisions and program effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice and direct technical support to management on planning systems and various management programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement new policies within assigned program areas.
• Design, deploy, and monitor sophisticated management information systems focused on both long-range and short-term plans, policies, and programs.
• Prepare detailed comments, impact statements, and recommendations for executive and managerial consideration.

• **Experience:** A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior analyst level, demonstrating proficiency in policy development, program evaluation, strategic planning, and management support. (Your resume must explicitly detail how you meet this requirement).
• **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. (Exceptions may apply for individuals working abroad for the U.S. government).
• **Background Investigation:** Ability to successfully complete a thorough federal background investigation.
