Administrative & Program Analyst (GS-09/11)
This role supports federal agency operations by providing administrative and program analysis, developing policies, and advising leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
GS-09 Level:
- Generate reports and briefing materials.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Review documents for organizational alignment and effectiveness.
GS-11 Level (Adds to GS-09 duties):
- Consult and advise leadership on procedural, personnel, and administrative matters.
- Develop and modify personnel/administrative policies and objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate divisional programs and processes.
- Implement new management directions for staff.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- GS-09: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07 (Federal) or comparable (non-Federal), focused on reporting, planning, and review.
- GS-11: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 (Federal) or comparable (non-Federal), focused on advising leadership, policy development, and program analysis.
Time-in-Grade (Federal Applicants):
- GS-09: 52 weeks at GS-07 or higher.
- GS-11: 52 weeks at GS-09 or higher.
