Lead complex HR, budget, and manpower analyses, negotiate recommendations, and manage data systems.
This role seeks an experienced professional to lead critical analytical and negotiation efforts within a dynamic environment.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Plan, organize, and direct team study work, ensuring effective project execution.
- Negotiate effectively with management to secure acceptance and implementation of key recommendations, including those with broad impact or conflicting interests.
- Utilize HR data systems (e.g., DCPDS) or similar platforms to extract diverse data and perform comprehensive statistical analysis.
- *Requirements:**
- One year of specialized experience demonstrating advanced capabilities in the core responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge of human resource, budget, and manpower management principles and policies.
- Proven ability to apply data system knowledge for statistical analysis.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
